1. Shipping Times and Fees


    Our Shipping Rates and Delivery Times are once off, flat-rate shipping prices for all orders within the nine provinces of South Africa. The delivery time for each order depends on the shipping method chosen by the you, the customer during the checkout process. We offer the FREE option of a Local Pick-Up or R120.00 Economy shipping, which takes about 3-5 business days, and R70.00 PAXI shipping, which takes about 7-9 business days. The estimated delivery time does not include any delays caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Courier Services


    We make use of trusted Third Party Shipping Courier such as RAM or DHL for all orders nationwide and or some regions. We reserve the right to choose the courier that will be used for each order, depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

  3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Information


    We will only share the Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Information once an order has been placed and processed. We will send a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp to the customer with the tracking number and carrier information.
    The customer can use this information to track the package’s progress and estimated delivery time.

  4. International Shipping


    We currently do not offer international shipping.
    We only ship within the borders of South Africa at this moment.

  5. Shipping Address


    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  6. Delivery Issues


    We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur during shipping. If a customer experiences any delivery issues, they should contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist the customer in any way possible to resolve any issues related to the delivery of their package.

  7. Delivery Refusal and Returns


    If a customer refuses delivery of their package or the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product(s) only. We do not refund shipping charges in such cases.
